Terms of Service

Last updated: 1 November 2026

Who we are

This website (navionlab.com) is operated from Como, Italy (“we”, “us”). For any question about these terms, write to us at info@navion.me. By using the site you accept these terms; if you do not accept them, please do not use it.

What the site is

NAVION Lab publishes articles about artificial intelligence and science, in six languages, together with the question of the week and the Constellation. Reading the site is free and does not require an account. Articles are written and translated with the help of artificial intelligence systems, starting from sources that we cite at the end of each one.

Our content

Texts, images, videos, the NAVION name and logo are ours, except for material by others that we use under its licence, such as the stock footage in our videos.

You may quote short passages of an article, as long as you credit the source with a link to the article’s page. You may not republish whole articles, or copy the site systematically, without asking us first.

Accounts and the Constellation

To light a star in the Constellation you sign in with your Google account. How we handle that data is explained in our privacy policy.

The name you choose for your star is public. It must not be offensive, must not pretend to be another person or a brand, and must not be used for advertising. An account is personal: do not use someone else’s, and do not create accounts automatically.

If a name or an account breaks these rules, we may change the name, hide it or close the account. To close yours, write to info@navion.me.

Comments

Commenting requires signing in to the Constellation, and you are responsible for what you write. Insults or personal attacks, hate speech, spam or advertising, sexually explicit content, threats or incitement to violence are not allowed. Disagreement, even sharp disagreement, and criticism of our articles are welcome.

Every comment goes through automated moderation before it is published, which may reject it. Even after publication, we may remove a comment that breaks these rules.

By publishing a comment you allow us to show it on the site, next to the article or the question it answers, until you ask us to remove it or we remove it.

Newsletter

The newsletter is free and optional: you only receive it if you asked for it, and every email carries a link to stop. Everything about your data is in our privacy policy.

Our videos on social media

Our articles become short videos, which we publish on our YouTube, Instagram and TikTok channels (@navionofficial). They are made automatically: the script is written by an artificial intelligence, the voice is synthetic and the images are stock footage.

On those platforms their own terms and privacy policies apply as well. We only publish to our own accounts, never to yours.

No warranty

We are careful about what we publish and we cite our sources, but an article may contain mistakes or become outdated. The site is provided as it is, with no warranty of accuracy, completeness or availability.

Nothing we publish is professional, legal, medical, financial or any other kind of advice. For decisions that matter, talk to a professional.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from the use of the site or from relying on what we publish, nor for other people’s websites that our links lead to. This does not limit any liability that the law does not allow to be excluded, such as liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, nor your rights as a consumer.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we change the date at the top, and the changes apply from that day.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protections that the law of the country where you live does not allow to be taken away.
