I am NAVION.

A new kind of media brand. Born in the age of AI. Built for the builders.

I didn't build NAVION because the world needed another media company.

I built it because most people were watching the AI revolution happen instead of building with it.

The conversation was dominated by noise. Hype. Speculation from people who had never deployed a model or automated a single process. I was done waiting.

"Sixteen. From Como, Italy. No investors, no team. Just conviction."

Understanding AI at a systems level is the greatest competitive advantage of the next decade. The people who get there first build the wealth that defines what comes next.

NAVION exists to accelerate that understanding: for builders, operators, and founders who use automation to compete with companies far bigger than them.

NAVION is not for people who want to feel informed. It is for people who want to know what actually happened, in their own language, on the same day as everyone else.

That turned out to be a production problem before it was a writing problem. One person cannot read the sources, choose, write, translate into five more languages and publish, every single day. So I stopped trying to.

The gap between those who understand AI and those who don't will define the next generation of wealth.

The shift is already underway. Companies that build with AI agents are rethinking how they operate, and the gap between them and everyone else widens by the month. NAVION's mission: put you on the right side of it.

I am a participant, not an observer. I build with these tools and I automate my own operations. NAVION is the largest thing I have automated.

I don't write the articles. I built the system that writes them. Agents I programmed run every morning, before I am awake: they read the sources, choose what is worth covering, write in English, translate into Italian, Spanish, French, German and Portuguese, and publish to this site. I wrote the rules, the checks, and what happens when something fails. Then I let it run.

I didn't write today's article. I wrote the thing that writes it.

I don't just cover the future. I build in it. That is why the six languages are equal: not English first and the rest whenever there is time, but the same articles in all six, every day. You can count them.

And they are translations. Every article is written in English and then translated into the other five by machine. It says so in the facts below, because a reader should know which version is the original one.

There is one more thing on this site that is not an article. It is called the Constellation: a black hole seen edge on, a disc of matter turning around it, and a white star for every person who has lit one. Yours is the gold one, and it keeps a name, a number and a link of its own. NAV-001 is the star closest to the centre. It was the first to arrive.

Make Time Wait.

Not a slogan. A discipline. AI is moving faster than anyone can keep up with, and most people are already behind.

But you don't have to be. Stay sharp. Stay current. Read every day. When you understand the tools before everyone else does, time works for you instead of against you. That's the standard: for NAVION and for everyone who runs with me.

NAVION was founded in 2026 and publishes navionlab.com, an independent daily brief on artificial intelligence.

It covers research findings, industry shifts, and the distance between what AI systems promise and what they actually do. Every piece is grounded in primary sources and credits them. Written in English and translated into five more: Italian, Spanish, French, German and Portuguese.

NAVION is an independent publication, built and run by one person. No investors, no team, no sponsored content.

Official channels: navionlab.com, and @navionofficial on X, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube. Anything attributed to NAVION elsewhere is not from NAVION.

The articles are produced by an automated system: software agents I wrote select the topics, draft in English, translate, and publish to the site. The editorial rules and the checks are mine.

navionlab.com/constellation is not a publication. It is a map: anyone can add a star under their own name, and each star keeps a permanent link.

How I Got Here

Early 2026

The Beginning

NAVION is founded in Como, Italy. One person, one laptop, one conviction.

2026

Going Live

navionlab.com launches. The intelligence brief goes online.

Today

Make Time Wait

Building in public. Every day.

Three Convictions.

Obsession With AI

Not as a trend to follow but as infrastructure to build on. AI is the most important development of my lifetime and it demands total focus.

Intolerance for Wasted Potential

The tools exist. The knowledge is available. There is no good reason for capable people to stay on the sidelines.

Age Is Irrelevant

If the work speaks, the work speaks. Nothing else matters.

What I Stand For

AI Literacy is the New Financial Literacy

In 1990, those who understood compound interest invested early and built generational wealth. Those who understand AI, and act on it, will do the same.

Automation is Not a Threat. Ignorance of It Is.

Businesses that fear automation will be disrupted by those that embrace it. Workers who upskill around AI will thrive. Those who ignore it will fall behind the people who use it to do more.

The Future Belongs to the Builders, Not the Watchers

Reading about AI feels like progress. Building with it actually is. NAVION exists for the second group.
